We’re excited to share that construction is moving steadily forward on Side By Side Recreational Storage | Living Facilities®, our first location conveniently located between Aransas Pass and Rockport!

As of this update, the following key milestones have been completed:

✅ Building pad has been established (rebar to be placed soon)
⚡ Electricity has been installed
🚽 Septic system is in place
🚿 Plumbing stub-outs have been completed
💧 Water well has been drilled

We’re laying the groundwork (literally!) for the future home of our unique coastal community that blends recreational storage and comfortable living, all within minutes of boat ramps, beaches, parks, and restaurants.

Stay tuned for more updates as we move toward vertical construction. We’re on track for move-in availability in late 2025—and it's not too early to join our interest list!
